Let's Friday Together

Abracadabra!  Hocus Pocus!
These are words we can use to make things happen...

But what if we told you that the most powerful magic word ever is "YET"...
If you add the word "yet" when you think you can't do something and you refuse to quit you can be the most powerful magician ever!

K, 1, 2

Here is a story about "hoping" for something.  A wish is important, and SOMETIMES they come true.  Watch this story...

Let's take a look at PERSEVERANCE.
Other words we use to describe this idea are GRIT and GROWTH MINSET.
Listen to this story.  Instead of thinking about how you CAN'T do something you can keep trying and see what amazing things can happen!

One of the most (recently) famous dances that kids like to do is FLOSS!  Here's an instructional video to help you to learn how to do this crazy dance...

Picture

Seriously, though... here's a video to help you if you're not sure how to do the FLOSS dance.

Here's the CHALLENGE.  See if you can keep up with these EPIC FLOSSERS!  Use the power of YET...

The video and music have been edited and are family friendly!
¡El video y la música han sido editados y son aptos para toda la familia!
