At the Link Up program you will hear Beethoven's Ode to Joy.  Some students will be playing along on their recorders while others, like you, will be singing.  Use this video to learn the song Ode to Joy.

Watch this video to learn a fun game called "Seven's". Pause the video as you go along to make sure you've got each step.  In the end we will put it together.  After you've mastered the game see if you can use it to play along with Beethoven's "Ode to Joy".  Wait to start the "Seven's" pattern until the voices start to sing.  See if you can find other songs outside of your music class where the patterns in "Seven's" will work.
